Futura Digital is Arello Mobile’s Asia-Pacific Digital Partner. Together we’ve built over 9,000 apps. We offer a range of services including mobile, web and cloud-based solutions.
After an initial phone call or consultation, we’ll provide a free ball-park estimate (and brief proposal) for your project. After we send that off here are the next steps…
1. Project Kick-off
During a project kick-off workshop we’ll gather detailed requirements (to create a functional outline) and develop wireframes to map out key interactions and user experience. The team can also help with idea generation, user-experience (interface) design, competition research and monetisation strategies. In this meeting we’ll also suggest ways that you might be able to reduce your development costs by comparing your absolute requirements with ‘nice to haves’.
2. Prototypes and Documentation
Creating interactive prototypes to model what your solution will look and feel like is a critical step, helping to ensure that everyone is aligned to your project vision. Our team will also develop a full requirements specification to ensure that any required functionality is captured on paper before development kicks-off. While it’s important to have documentation we won’t make it the focus of your project – instead we prefer to communicate regularly to provide opportunities for feedback throughout the development process.
3. Design and Development
Once our programmers are underway, we’ll provide weekly updates and/or fortnightly builds (for apps) until your project is finished. If you’d like to be more hands-on, we can involve you in our project management space to work on your project collaboratively (we use Basecamp 3).
4. Delivery and Support
All projects come with 3 months support (and bug fixes), informal documentation, and implementation support. We can also assist with your marketing website, online marketing, push notifications (using PushWoosh) and a range of other services to support your project. Ongoing support and maintenance packages are also available.
